We are cruise specialists, as simple as that, and we are not only passionate about what we sell, we are also confident that as members of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) we have the industry-leading knowledge and experience to provide you with the all-round service you deserve when spending your hard-earned money.
We are at your disposal not only when you book your cruise but right the way through to when you return home. We value your custom immensely, and you will always have a direct contact with one of our cruise specialists by telephone or e-mail throughout your booking.
We have very few customers that have only booked one cruise with us, which we put down to the fact that we always treat our customers as individuals, as cruisers, and eventually as friends.
We'll never try and hide anything from you, it's just not how we operate. Pricing can change at any time so if we see a better deal for you when you speak to us, we promise to let you know.
Prices on 7 night or longer fly-cruise holidays will always include baggage.
We provide full ATOL and ABTA security and we don't believe you should have to pay a "booking fee" for this.
Well-trained, UK based, experienced staff (collectively our team can boast over 100 years of experience in cruising and even longer in travel). We'll leave you to do the maths… We sell based on our own experiences and extensive knowledge and we take the time to ensure that all aspects of your booking are right for you.
If there's a ship docked in the UK you can bet one of our team will be there, note pad, pen and camera phone at the ready!
Where we include accommodation we will always base our advertised pricing upon accommodation with 4 out of 5 stars on Trip Advisor or similar (If we haven't been for a look around ourselves).
We will, wherever possible, never base our lead-pricing on flights arriving at your destination in the middle of the night, or departing from one airport and returning to another unless clearly specified.
Whilst we remain 100% independent, we have the full backing and buying power of the Midcounties Co-operative Travel Consortium which means that when negotiating commercial terms with the cruise lines we feature, we are classed as "preferred partners" allowing us to be one step ahead of our competitors.
Although we believe that our personal one to one service is vital, we also appreciate the need to be competitive in today's economic climate, a balance which we feel we have managed to get right.
Cruise Circle has it's own ABTA number - P7553 meaning that we abide by ABTA's code of conduct. Third-Party Cruise Packages booked by Cruise Circle are financially protected.
For fly-cruise bookings where we put together a bespoke tailor-made cruise package for you ourselves, we are ATOL protected (ATOL 6053) via the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) which provides full financial protection for our fly-cruise packages. ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
